Our front desk team is one of the most integral aspects of our operation. From charting flights, answering phones and walk-in inquiries to selling tickets and as they like to say, “Bossing the pilots around”, every day is a busy day at the desk. We are blessed with experience at this position as our four team members have a collective 50 years service time with Niagara Helicopters! In 2006 and 2007 Kathy Goodman and Penny Smith both received Lifetime Achievement awards from Niagara Falls Tourism for their continued commitment to tourism at one company.
